Because you CAN build a business based on the personal connection and without pricey advertising campaigns! WOW!! it has all been WORD OF MOUTH that has built them from 1 store to 15,000 in 30 years. And, want to know something interesting: Starbucks has never utilized advertising. I am absolutely loving the company's philosophies about the human connection in business. As you know, besides my EZ Wealth Solution business, I am now also a Barista with Starbucks.
To me, connecting personally with my team member is one of the biggest benefits to building a business-online or offline. Whereas, if you build your EZ Wealth Solution business with your business partners, you share the 'load' and no one person has to have that weight on their shoulders. You are the one holding the whole pyramid up and everything is stacked on your shoulders. It's like building an upside down pyramid, if you can visualize that. One thing I have learned is that if you take the personal connection out of your business you fail to connect with your customers, or business partners. WHY?!? Because my business is built on who I am and what I have to offer the world.
